By downloading, installing, or using MenuWise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Your use of MenuWise is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.
MenuWise is a mobile application that provides AI-powered menu scanning, nutritional tracking, and personalized meal recommendations for restaurant dining. The App helps users make informed dietary choices based on their individual health goals and preferences.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
MenuWise does not provide medical advice. The nutritional information, meal recommendations, and dietary suggestions provided through the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions, allergies, or are taking medication. MenuWise is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from dietary choices made based on information provided in the App.
While we strive for accuracy, nutritional information for restaurant meals may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, and ingredient substitutions. MenuWise does not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional data.

All content, features, and functionality of MenuWise — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of MenuWise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, health consequences, or business interruption.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us at getmenuwise@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data, including health and dietary information, from our systems. Please note that active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
